The final NHL matchup before the break for the Winter Olympics is set for the T-Mobile Arena, as the Vegas Golden Knights host the LA Kings.
Vegas bounced back to winning form on Wednesday night, holding their nerve to beat the Vancouver Canucks.
The Kings will be hoping that extra recovery time plays in their favor, as they aim to end a two-game losing run in Sin City.

The Vegas Golden Knights will have their sights set on a second straight win before the mid-season break on Thursday. Vegas remain top of the Pacific Division standings, but they have gone 3-5-2 across their last ten.
The Golden Knights have been excellent offensively this term, but they have won fewer games than the three teams directly below them in the Pacific Division.
Vegas produced an excellent display on Wednesday to beat the Vancouver Canucks, with Jack Eichel, Alexander Holtz, and Cole Reinhardt all scoring in the win.

The LA Kings will hope to go into the mid-season break with improved confidence. They come into this clash in Las Vegas after losing their last two games.
However, a glimmer of hope could be taken from the fact that they have suffered just two defeats in their last ten in regulation.
Overall across that period, the Kings have recorded four wins, but they have suffered defeats in each of their last two. They were last in action on Wednesday, losing 4-2 at home to the Seattle Kraken.
