Devils Aiming to Bounce Back

The New Jersey Devils will have pressure on their shoulders this weekend, as they chase a return to form.

They come into the weekend sitting sixth in the Metropolitan Division, and they have gone 3-6-1 across their last ten games. A poor run of form has also seen the Devils suffer defeats in each of their last three games.

The Devils were last in action on Friday, suffering a 4-1 road defeat against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Luke Hughes scored the only goal for the Devils in the disappointing loss.

Jets Chasing Back-to-Back Wins

The Winnipeg Jets will be aiming to kick on following a much-needed win in their latest outing. The Jets had suffered defeats in each of their last nine games prior to that recent win.

Due to that form, Winnipeg sit bottom of the Central Division, having accumulated an overall record of 16-22-5.

But, the Jets were excellent in their latest outing, as they hammered the Los Angeles Kings 5-1. Mark Scheifele was a standout performer in that dominant win, scoring twice.
