Both teams will likely have low confidence levels ahead of this clash, as both come into the matchup in losing form. The Golden Knights have suffered defeats in each of their last three, while the St. Louis Blues have lost back-to-back games.
There will be optimism in both camps that they can reverse their fortunes when they collide on Friday.

It has been an inconsistent period for the St. Louis Blues, as they come into this clash after going 4-5-1 over their last ten. Meanwhile, they have suffered defeats in each of their last two.
Despite that, they have picked up four wins in ten, which offers them hope on Friday. St. Louis will need to return to form this week after suffering a heavy 6-1 loss at the Colorado Avalanche earlier this week.
Their home form has been relatively solid throughout the campaign, as they have gone 8-9-5 at Enterprise Center.

There will also be questions to answer for the Vegas Golden Knights on Friday. They come into this clash sitting second in the Pacific Division standings, but their recent form is a major worry after going 3-4-3 across their last ten.
Meanwhile, they have also suffered losses in each of their previous three. Fortunately, they haven’t lost ground in the division, as the Oilers and Ducks have also struggled for recent wins.
Vegas were edged out by the Nashville Predators in their last outing, with Ben Hutton scoring in the 4-2 home loss.
