- Chicago Blackhawks have gone 2-6-2 across their last ten
Two teams with a point to prove will collide in the NHL on Dec 10. Both the NY Rangers and Chicago Blackhawks come into this round in losing form, but which will end their losing run? Find our picks here.
Chicago will have the important home advantage, but little confidence can be taken from their recent run of form after going 2-6-2 across their last ten games.
The NY Rangers have also seen a dip in their recent form after losing each of their last two. But, this could be a good opportunity to bounce back to winning ways.
DATE & TIME
Blackhawks in Free Fall
Something will need to change with the Chicago Blackhawks if they are to build on a fairly reliable start to the season.
Their recent form could see their season unravel, as the team come into this round after losing each of their last two, and going 2-6-2 in their last ten. The fact that they have suffered six defeats in regulation would be a major worry.
The Blackhawks have stuttered defensively in their recent games, allowing 13 in their last two, with seven coming in a heavy road loss against the Ducks.

Rangers Aiming for Bounce Back to Form
The NY Rangers will also have questions to answer this week after losing each of their last two.
Despite that underwhelming run of form, they remain fifth in the Metropolitan Division, and within five points of the top of the standings. New Yorkβs record over their last ten should still give them confidence, winning on five occasions.
The Rangers were last in action earlier this week, as they were edged out in overtime by the Vegas Golden Knights at Madison Square Garden.

Rangers vs. Blackhawks Picks
The Rangers have been excellent on the road so far this season, going 12-4-1. Incredibly, they have won just three times at Madison Square Garden. Their prowess away from home gives them the edge on Wednesday, and we foresee them piling the misery on the Blackhawks.
