The Vegas Golden Knights remain one of the standout playoff chances in the Western Conference, but they will have questions to answer on Monday.
Vegas have suffered defeats in each of their last two games, but they still have a positive 5-3-2 record across their last ten.
The Golden Knights were edged out in their latest outing, as they were beaten at the T-Mobile Arena in overtime by the Anaheim Ducks. Brett Howden, Jaedan Korczak, and Pavel Dorofeyev scored the goals in the defeat.
It has been a patchy start to the NHL season for the Florida Panthers, as they sit second bottom in the Atlantic Division standings.
The reigning Stanley Cup champions have won just seven of their opening 15 games, and they have scored the fewest goals in the Atlantic Division at this stage of the campaign.
