The reigning Stanley Cup champions will be in NHL action on Oct 16, as the Florida Panthers travel to the New Jersey Devils.
It will be a busy week for the Panthers, as they play on back-to-back nights, before a clash with the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday.

Sheldon Keefe has made no secret of the target for the Devils this term: to achieve a playoff berth. Based on their early-season form, that aim could be well within their reach.
New Jersey have won each of their last two games since an opening night loss against the Hurricanes.
Their strong form continued earlier this week after beating the Blue Jackets 3-2 on the road. Dawson Mercer maintained his excellent form after netting twice in the win.
It has been business as usual for the defending Stanley Cup champions in 2025-26, as they have already surged to the top of the division standings.
The Florida Panthers have won three from four at the start of the campaign ahead of their trip to Detroit on Wednesday.
However, a response will be expected by the dominant force in the NHL following a below-par effort in their latest outing after suffering a 5-2 loss against the Flyers on Monday.

It will be a busy week for the Panthers, and fatigue could play a factor in New Jersey on Thursday.
That could leave them vulnerable against an in-form rival on the road. Therefore, the preference is for the hosts to claim victory this week.
