DATE & TIME
Flames Bidding to Respond
The Calgary Flames will have the home ice advantage this weekend, as they bid to get back to winning ways.
They were disappointing in their latest outing, suffering a 5-1 road defeat against the Oilers. They were weak defensively throughout that clash, despite confidence levels having been high after winning six of their previous nine.
Being back at home should enhance their chances this weekend after going 8-5-2 at the Scotiabank Saddledome in 2025-26.

Oilers Set Sights on Top Spot
The Edmonton Oilers will have their sights set on top spot in the Pacific Division this weekend.
They drew level on points with the top two following a second straight win on Tuesday against the Flames. Their offensive players were excellent in that win, with Leon Draisaitl scoring three times, and Connor McDavid recording a staggering five assists.
However, they have been slightly underwhelming on the road this season, going 9-10-3.

Oilers vs. Flames Picks
The Oilers gained a huge win over the Flames before Christmas, but it could be a different story at the Scotiabank Saddledome. Calgary's home record could be worth siding with, especially considering the recent form that they have shown.
