The race for playoff spots in the Western Conference is heating up, and the Kings will be feeling the pressure this week.
They come into this clash in disappointing recent form, having gone 3-5-2 across their last ten games, and suffering a loss in their latest outing. They were outplayed at home by the Columbus Blue Jackets on Monday, suffering a 3-1 loss.
Their only goal was scored in the second period by Andrei Kuzmenko. Their home record continues to be a major concern this season, going 4-6-4 at Crypto.com Arena.

The Seattle Kraken will be the visitors to Los Angeles this week, as they go in search of a third straight win.
Seattle currently sit sixth in the Pacific Division, but a win on Tuesday will take them within striking distance of the teams above them. Despite going 14-14-6 this season, the Kraken have shown their best form in their last two games.
Most recently, they landed a 3-1 road success against the Anaheim Ducks. Jordan Eberle was the standout player for Seattle in the win, scoring twice.
