Detroit have been in red-hot form over their last ten, winning on seven occasions to move to the top of the Atlantic Division.

It has been a dominant period in the NHL for the Detroit Red Wings, as they have smoothly moved to the top of the Atlantic Division. They have gone 23-14-3 in the NHL this season, which includes a run of seven wins in their last ten.
No side has picked up more wins than the Red Wings in the Division, while they also boast the third-best attacking record. Detroit held their nerve in their latest outing to record a 3-2 overtime success against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

It has been a contrasting period for the Winnipeg Jets, as they have dropped down the Central Division standings at an alarming rate.
They have gone 1-6-3 over their last ten, meaning that only the Blackhawks have recorded fewer wins in the Division so far this season. Meanwhile, they have struggled offensively this season, scoring just 107 goals.
Worryingly, they have now lost each of their last six games. Last time out, the Jets struggled to a 3-1 home loss against the Edmonton Oilers.
