Meanwhile, the Ottawa Senators have made an encouraging start to the campaign. This week, they will be aiming to record three successive wins and potentially move up to third in the Atlantic Division.

The Ottawa Senators will take plenty of positives from their start to the new season. At present, they sit fifth in the Atlantic Division after going 4-4-1 at the start of the campaign.
Meanwhile, they come into this Monday showdown with the Bruins after winning each of their last two.
Their latest success was a blow-out win on the road against the Washington Capitals. Drake Batherson and Dylan Cozens both scored two goals apiece in the dominant 7-1 win.
It has been a damning start to the new NHL season for the Boston Bruins, and their playoff aspirations already look to be in tatters.
The Bruins have suffered six defeats across their opening ten games, and no side in the Atlantic Division have conceded more goals.
However, they would have taken confidence from their latest outing after claiming a much-needed win against the Colorado Avalanche. Michael Eyssimont, Morgan Greekie, and Viktor Arvidsson all scored goals in the 3-2 home win.
