The Cardinals and Rams meet this week in an NFC West faceoff. Los Angeles is locked into an NFC Wild Card spot, while Arizona is eliminated from playoff contention and focused on the NFL Draft.

The Cardinals dropped to 3-13 following Sunday's loss in Cincinnati. They currently hold the projected 5th overall pick in the NFL Draft. Their position is the lowest of the four 3-13 teams thanks to a punishing schedule in the NFC West. Arizona has lost 8 games in a row and is likely to post a ninth this week. They'll be focused on making improvements to the defense during the draft and NFL offseason, but also have questions at QB.

The Rams were unable to stay in contention for the NFC West title last week, being locked into a Wild Card spot as either the 5 or 6 seed. There's a big benefit to landing at #5, drawing a matchup against an NFC South champion that is hovering around .500. On the other hand, landing #6 could earn them a road trip to the defending champion Eagles or the upstart Bears. They'll focus on offensive efficiency once again this week.

The Rams won the first matchup between these two teams by 28 points, despite both teams still having something to play for at that point. Now, with the Rams seeking an ideal playoff matchup and the Cardinals focused more on draft position, the result could be even more lopsided. The rematch will also be played in Los Angeles, favoring the Rams. Take them to win this one and cover in what should be a double-digit win.
