Titans Continue to Struggle
The Titans got off to a strong start against the Patriots on Sunday, before utterly collapsing as the game progressed. Rookie QB Cam Ward continued to flash his potential while otherwise struggling to lead the NFL's worst offense behind the worst offensive line. Meanwhile, Tennessee has been just as unimpressive on defense. They will hope that interim head coach Mike McCoy will be able to finally turn things around.

Colts Surge to Top of AFC
The Colts continue to be the story of the NFL this season, improving to 6-1 following a blowout win of the Chargers on the road. Indianapolis has been solid on defense, ranking 11th in points allowed. However, their offense has been the real surprise, with QB Daniel Jones and RB Jonathan Taylor both having MVP-worthy seasons. The Colts lead the league with 33 points per game, on pace for a new franchise record.

Titans vs Colts NFL Pick
It's no question that the Colts are massively favored to win this game at home. They hold a 6-1 record to Tennessee's 1-6, and lead the league in points per game. Meanwhile, the Titans are dead last, averaging under 14 points per game. Large spreads in NFL games are notoriously risk, giving credit to the "Any Given Sunday" slogan, but it's difficult to imagine a scenario where the Colts don't run away with this one.
