Jets Look to Build on Recent Wins
The Jets fell short against the Patriots on Thursday night, putting a temporary halt on their momentum. Prior to the loss, the Jets had won two games in a row, their first two of the season. As they continue to improve marginally each week, New York will be particularly focused on improving the defense against Baltimore. They need to do a better job of forcing turnovers to win, currently last in the NFL in takeaways.

Ravens Surging in AFC North
After starting the season 1-5, the Ravens have now won four games in a row. The return of QB Lamar Jackson was a big reason for the surge, though he suffered a new injury this week, raising some concerns. Baltimore sits just one game out of 1st place in the NFC North, with their next three games after this week being against the Bengals and Steelers. This next stretch will be absolutely crucial for their division hopes.

Jets vs Ravens NFL Pick
The Ravens are the favorites for a reason in this game, playing excellent football over the past month. They also hold the home-field advantage, which should aid them in their victory. That being said, I'd be wary of taking the Ravens to cover here. The Jets have played solid football lately, holding a 2-1 record and -5 point differential over the last 3 weeks. With Lamar Jackson dinged up again, take New York to cover.
