Commanders Coming Off Impressive Win Against Los Angeles

Washington trailed 10-0 after the game's first 15 minutes. However, the road team held its opponent scoreless the rest of the way en route to a 27-10 victory.

Jayden Daniels was 15 for 26 for 231 yards and a touchdown. Jacory Croskey-Merritt rushed for 111 yards and a pair of touchdowns on 14 carries.

Chicago Seeks Third Straight Win

Last time we saw the Bears, they were heading into their bye week on a high note following a 25-24 victory against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 4.

Chicago trailed 21-16 heading into the final frame. But a late-scoring drive gave the Bears a 25-24 lead with 1:34 left to play. Las Vegas had an opportunity to win the game, but Josh Blackwell blocked the field goal attempt, preserving the win for Chicago.

Caleb Williams completed 22 of 37 passes for 212 yards, with one TD and an interception. Rome Odunze had four receptions totaling 69 yards and a touchdown.

Commanders vs Bears NFL pick

Following its first road win of the season, Washington enters this contest as a 4.5-point favorite. Here's a look at what you need to know for both teams ahead of this Week 6 matchup.

  • The Commanders are 10-3 straight-up (SU) in their last 13 games.
  • Washington has covered the spread in each of its previous five home outings.
  • The Bears are 2-9 in their last 11 contests against the Commanders.
  • Chicago is 4-2 ATS in its previous six matchups.

Although the Bears are riding a two-game win streak, the Commanders came out on top in the previous meeting in this series. That trend is expected to play out again when these teams clash on Monday Night Football.
