The Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, will be hosting the Michigan Wolverines versus the Texas Longhorns in the last game of the calendar year. These teams have only met twice before, with Texas winning bouth outings.

The Michigan Wolverines enter their last game of the season at 9-3 and ranked 18th in the nation. They'll be looking to apply their top 20 defense, which translates into great rushing and scoring defense. This will be their 7th Citrus Bowl appereance, with a current 4-2 record here.
Theeir standouts this season were Jordan Marshall, their RB who had 932 rushing yards with 10 TDs, and defensively Derrick Moore, who compelted 10 sacks this campaign so far. Michigan beat lost to Ohio State, Oklahoma and USC this season.
Texas also comes in at 9-3, ranked 13th in the nation and sadly barely out of the CFP. They showed to be an elite team by beating 3 top 10 teams this season, however, they couldnt get the invite to the playoffs this year. They now have the Citrus Bowl to look forward to and maintain their undefeated record over Michigan (2-0)
The three top teams the Longhorns managed to beat this season were Texas A&M, Oklahoma and Vanderbilt. However, they did lose to Ohio State, Georgia and Florida as their sole losses. For this game, they enter the game as favorites at -7.5, so they should comfortably win, as long as Arch Manning performs up to par.
The game at Camping World Stadium will host the Citrus bowl with the Longhorns favorites at -7.5, with an over/under of 47.5. The moneyline is -310 for Texas and +250 for Michigan.
Michigan have great rushing defense, however, most of Texas' offense runs through the air with Manning at the help. We feel just because of this, the Longhorns will perfom and cover the spread. Our pick is for Texas at -7.5.
