Get ready for a tough battle in the CFP First Round when the Miami Hurricanes visit the Texas A&M Aggies at Kyle Field. This will be an intriguing game between two teams looking to make a deep playoff run, as both come in with high expectations.

The Miami Hurricanes are under little pressure in this game, as they’re set for their first CFP appearance. This season, they have shown the nation their potential, ranking in the top 20 in both offense and defense and coming in on a four-game winning streak.

Another important advantage on their side is that they hold the historical series lead against the Aggies. Despite having only played five times, Miami has a positive 3–2 record over them. We’ll see if QB Carson Beck can maintain his top form against a tough defensive squad.
The Aggies have basically clobbered every rival they’ve faced this year. Their sole loss, coincidentally in their last game, came against their in-state rival, which could give them a few jitters heading into this one. Nonetheless, the line has the Aggies favored at -3.5 for this matchup.
Their QB, Marcel Reed, has been impressive with 25 TDs and 10 INTs this season. His top connection is KC Conception, who has 57 receptions and 9 touchdowns. On defense, DE Cashius Howell already has 11.5 sacks, making him one of the top defenders in the nation.
Both teams will see this game as an opportunity to prove their strength, so expect it to be close. The Aggies are favorites at -3.5, with a moneyline of -180. The over/under for the game is 51.5.
