Orlando will host the Pop-Tarts Bowl on December 27th, with Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets battling the BYU Cougars. These teams have only played each other 4 times, with BYU taking the lead 3-1 so far.

Despite losing their last two games this season, they had a pretty great campaign at 9-3. They ended up ranking #22 in the nation, adding their best season since 2014. This will be their 48th bowl appearance in their program's history.

The Yellow Jackets have had a balanced offensive and defensive team, but were led by their star QB, Haynes King throughout the season. He had 2,697 passing yards with 12 TDs and 922 Rushing Yards with 15 TDs. You can't ask for more offense from a player in a season, so props to Mr. King for the successful campaign.
A chance missed to take the Big 12 crown but ended up losing to Texas Tech in the last game. Nonetheless, the Cougars finished their 2nd straight season with 11-win seasons placing them as one of the best programs in the conference.
Their style of play is dictated by a top 35 scoring offense and a 20 top scoring defense, which means either side can save the day if needed. Jack Kelly, one of their top defensive gems, led the team with 10 sacks, Faletau Satuala had 77 total tackles.
Both teams had an outstanding season, but BYU comes into the game as favorites here. The Cougars are -4.5 on the spread and a -192 Moneyline. The over/under for the game is 56.5.
Something inside me gives me a feeling that BYU is taking this one, as they had a better defense and offense than their rivals. Our pick is for BYU at -4.5 this game.
