- USF (4-1) is coming off a 28-point victory against Charlotte with a 54-26 scoreline.
- Undefeated North Texas (5-0) beat South Alabama last week with a 36-22 win.
- South Florida and North Texas will meet for their third time ever, having their last game back in 2002.
A rare matchup between the Bulls and the Mean Green as they have only met twice before. Historically, USF has not lost to North Texas yet, and they'll be eager to hand them their first loss this season. Both teams are playing great football, so we'll see if North Texas can defend their home turf and continue their quest for a Top 25 position.

USF Looking for a 3rd Straight Win
The Bulls, who sit in the American Conference, will look to continue to show why they are considered a heavyweight by continuing their Top 25 ranking. Led by their QA Byrum Brown (10TD, 4 INT), will look to connect with his top WR Chas Nimrod for an offensive onslaught.
South Florida's sole loss this season came to the Hurricanes but also escaped with a victory versus the Gators. The Bulls are playing surprisingly well and will face a tough test versus the Mean Green.
North Texas Looking to Prove Themselves
The Mean Green has had some close calls this season with two overtime wins against Army and Western Michigan. Despite those thrillers, North Texas is having one of their best seasons and are starting to believe in their capabilities with every game played.
Standout running back, Makenzie McGill II has had a great season so far with 318 rushing yards, 63 carries and 4TDs. The running game is combining great with their passing as Drew Mestemaker, their star QB, can get a few distractions on offense.
#24 USF vs North Texas NCAAF Pick
Two surprising teams this season look to continue their quest to glory. The American Conference is in for a tight battle with South Florida slight favorites at -1.5 and an over/under of 68.5.
Looks like this will be a high scoring game on both sides, but we predict a home team victory with the Mean Green showing their worth.
