Historically, Michigan Wolverines and USC Trojans have played 11 times, with USC holding a slight edge 6-5. This will be a crucial game for both teams as they aim to secure an increase in ranking and a higher chance to get further into the season. The game will be played in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Despite the Wolverines being slight underdogs in the road game, they are bringing their winning momentum to Los Angeles. So far, the only loss this season was to Oklahoma, and have taken care of business against New Mexico, Central Michigan, Nebraska and Wisconsin.
Michigan will be led by their freshman QB, Bryce Underwood in offense, but try to establish themselves with their strong defense. Currently, their defense is ranked 7th, keeping opponents at 4.27 yards per play and 3.3 yards per rushing attempt.
USC is coming off a tough loss against the Fighting Illini, which had them losing their coveted undefeated record. Now, they will need to take care of the Wolverines when they host them this Saturday. They'll need to push their stellar offense through a tough Michigan defense.
Trojans currently boast the most efficient offensive squad, ranking 1st in Success Rate, Points per Drive and Yards per Play. QA Jayden Maiava, is connecting on 70% of his passes for 11 TDs and only 1 INT. The Trojans have also won 9 out of their last 11 home games, so this promises to be a tight game.
The spread is a -2.5 in favor of USC, with an over/under of 57.5, which should be a highly offensive showdown. This will be a Big Ten matchup that will dictate how these teams fair the rest of the season, so it's important for both sides.
Our prediction for this game is a USC -2.5 on the point spread. We feel that Los Angeles will protect their home soil versus the Wolverines. The offensive power plus their home crowd should be enough to overwhelm Michigan this weekend.
