It's been more than 10 years since Illinois has faced off against Washington in college football, they meet again for Week 9. Both teams have identical records, however the Fighting Illini are ranked 10th in the nation but face a tough road game against the Huskies.

The Illinois Fighting Illini are coming off a tough home loss against Ohio State this past week. The score was 34-16, which was a dominating game by the Buckeyes through and through. Nonetheless, they are ranked as a top team in the nation for a reason, as they have beat USC and Purdue this season already.
The Illini are slight underdogs this game, so they'll need a huge game from their star QB Luke Altmyer, who has 1,821 Passing Yards, 13 TDs and only 1 INT this season. His RB Kaden Feagin, has also been on a tear with 85 Carries and 5 TDs so far.
Just like Illinois, the Washington Huskies are coming off a loss from last week's action. Both teams are looking to run this around and start racking up some more wins. Their last loss came on the road against the Wolverines, in a game where the Huskies never led and ended up losing 7-24.
The Huskies will be looking to climb up the standings through their star RB Jonah Coleman. He has racked up 12 TDs and 568 Rushing Yards, so the attention he gets might be a good opportunity to mix it up through passing yards as well.
Washington is favored for this game -3.5 on the spread and 54.5 on the over/under. The money line is -145 for the Huskies and +125 for the Fighting Illini. It promises to be a game where both teams want to win, so it should definitely be entertaining for the crowd.
