Mountain America Stadium in Tempe will be hosting a tight rivalry game between Arizona State and Arizona this week. Both teams are aiming to climb up the Big 12 standings, so a win here is crucial for both sides.

The Arizona Wildcats have been on fire over their last few games, riding a four-game winning streak. They are coming off wins against Baylor, Cincinnati, Kansas, and Colorado, and are hoping to get revenge for last season’s loss to Arizona State.

The Wildcats have been solid on defense this year, ranking 7th in passing yards allowed per game at just 159.7 yards, and 24th in points allowed per game at 20 points. Much of this success is thanks to their DB, Dalton Johnson, who leads the team with 94 tackles.
Arizona State Sun Devils are ranked #20 in the nation with an 8–3 overall record. They are preparing for an intense game against their rivals, one that carries more weight than just the usual bragging rights. The Sun Devils are still in position to earn a spot in the Big 12 Championship Game, despite being slight underdogs for this matchup at +1.5.
They’ll be reliant on their star wide receiver, Jordyn Tyson, who already has 8 TDs on 59 receptions. He’ll need his partner in crime, Sam Leavitt, to be in sync with him throughout the game for Arizona State to have a real chance to come out on top.
We are expecting a close matchup here, with Arizona slightly favored at -1.5. The over/under for the game is 48.5, and the moneyline is -120 for the Wildcats and +100 for the Sun Devils.
We strongly believe the Sun Devils will come out on top here at +1.5 on the spread. This game can definitely go either way, as both teams are evenly matched in various areas, but we think home field will be a key difference-maker.
