Villanova travels to Chicago to take on DePaul on Wednesday night. The Wildcats are looking to bounce back from a blowout loss.

Villanova has been one of the best teams in the Big East, but did not show up against top-ranked St. John's. This 30-point blowout was one of their worst defeats of the year and brings into question whether they're a legitimate tier below the top two of the conference. This game against DePaul will surely be a statement to prove otherwise.
DePaul is 16-13 overall, 8-10 in the Big East, and 5th in the conference. Though they have made major strides from their previous seasons, they are currently well outside NCAA Tournament consideration.
The Blue Demons are getting hot at the right time. They have won four of their last five games. A big reason is CJ Gunn's play. He is good for nearly 14 a game, and a big game from him can help them upset the Wildcats.
