USF has cruised through the American Conference. After their last win versus Tulane, they are officially the regular-season champs. They have won 7 in a row and are looking to carry the momentum. Though they are favored to win the AAC tournament, it may be a prerequisite for their March hopes. Should USF still be on the bubble?
Memphis is 12-17 overall, 7-9 in the AAC, and 10th in the conference. Their hopes for the NCAA tournament are next to zero.
