South Carolina and UConn meet in the Final Four for a rematch of last season's championship game. The Huskies enter this one as large favorites, once again seeking to get the better of the Gamecocks.

South Carolina has rarely been such a large underdog as they are in this game. Yet, the gap comes due to their opponent's undefeated record. UConn also got the better of the Gamecocks in last season's title game, blowing them out by 23 points. In order to force a different result and return to the title game, South Carolina needs their offense to come out at full force. Leading-scorer Joyce Edwards will play a key role in this game.

The Huskies dynasty might be back, as they enter this year's Final Four with a 38-0 record. The defending champions haven't lost a game since February 6 of last year, reminiscent of their dominance in the 2010s. Still, they face a challenging path on their way to a repeat title. The 2020s dynasty of South Carolina isn't yet ready to pass the torch back, with two more talented teams awaiting the winner. UConn remains the favorite.
This rematch of last season's title game is likely to be another instant classic. Expect a closer and more competitive matchup than their last meeting, with this year's Gamecocks packing more of a punch on offense. Even so, South Carolina is likely to come up short against the undefeated Huskies. Take UConn here.
