The Timberwolves held a 14-point lead through three quarters following Dallas' 10-3 run. However, the home team pulled away for good, thanks to a 37-27 scoring advantage in the final frame.
Julius Randle produced a spectacular performance, scoring a game-high 41 points, along with seven rebounds and two assists. Jaden McDaniels registered 21 points, six rebounds, and six assists.
On the other side, Dallas has dropped each of its last nine games, including a blowout 124-104 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.
Dallas trailed by just one point at halftime. Unfortunately, the Lakers outscored the road team by a 60-41 margin in the second half, including a 32-19 edge in the third quarter.
Naji Marshall and Max Christie tied for team-high scoring honors, each finishing with 19 points. P.J. Washington and Brandon Williams added 18 and 17 points, respectively.
