Phoenix has dropped its last two games. The team's recent setback was a 97-81 loss to the Boston Celtics.

The Suns trailed 50-46 at intermission. Unfortunately, Boston responded with a 30-11 scoring edge in the third quarter, which included a 16-0 burst en route to a double-digit victory.
Collin Gillespie scored a team-high 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting from the floor. Grayson Allen led the second unit with 14 points, shooting 9-for-10 from the charity stripe.
On the other side, the Lakers are also amid a two-game skid, including a 110-109 loss to the Orlando Magic on Tuesday night.
Los Angeles held an early double-digit advantage before Orlando rallied to take the lead off a putback by Wendell Carter Jr. with 6.7 seconds left to play. LeBron James' desperation attempt at the buzzer was off the mark, enabling Orlando to escape with a narrow victory.
Luka Doncic put up 24 points, handed out 15 assists, and collected nine rebounds. Deandre Ayton finished with 21 points and 13 rebounds, connecting on eight of his 11 shot attempts.
