The Spurs trailed by a point in the waning moments after Rasheer Fleming missed a pair of free throws that would have given Phoenix a three-point advantage.

And on the ensuing possession, Victor Wembanyama knocked down the game-winning jumper, enabling the Spurs to come away with the win and clinch their first postseason berth in six years.

Four players reached double figures for San Antonio. Wembanyama led the bunch with 34 points, 12 rebounds, and three steals. De'Aaron Fox chipped in with 23 points, seven rebounds, and four assists.

Will Indiana's losing skid end any time soon?

On the other hand, it has been over a month since the Pacers won a game. Their latest setback during this 15-game skid includes a 127-119 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers.

Despite trailing by 17 points in the final frame, Indiana rallied to get within three points with 1:52 left in regulation. Unfortunately, Jrue Holiday knocked down a 3-pointer, and Deni Avdija iced the game with two free throws.

Ivica Zubac guided the offense, scoring 18 points and collecting eight rebounds. Jalen Slawson finished with 17 points, seven rebounds, and four assists.
