Following a three-point loss to the Clippers, Houston has won two of its last three games. This includes a 125-105 victory against the Utah Jazz on Monday night.

The Rockets led by a 21-point margin at the break (68-47). They extended their advantage to as many as 33 points in the second half on their way to an easy win.
All five starters reached double figures for Houston. Jabari Smith led the way with 31 points and nine rebounds. Amen Thompson added 20, and Kevin Durant finished with 18 points and a season-high 12 assists.
On the other side, the Kings ended their season-high 16-game losing streak by posting a 123-114 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies — a matchup in which both teams were ravaged with injuries.
Sacramento held a slim 92-89 lead heading into the final frame. And a 15-4 burst gave the road team the breathing room it needed to eventually come away with the win.
The Kings' offense featured seven players who tallied double-digit scoring totals. Russell Westbrook scored a team-high 25 points and handed out seven assists. Precious Achiuwe registered 22 points and 12 rebounds on 10-of-15 shooting from the field.

The Rockets rank eighth in offensive rating and among the top 10 defensively. That, and the fact that Sacramento has dropped 16 of 17, gives Houston the edge in this Western Conference matchup.
