Following an 18-point loss to the Suns, Detroit has won its last three contests. The team's latest triumph was a 124-121 win over the Denver Nuggets.

The Pistons led by 13 before Denver closed within 112-107 with 1:15 left in regulation. Although the home team surrendered 41 points in the period, Detroit finally got the defensive stop it needed and secured the win from the charity stripe
Cade Cunningham posted a double-double that consisted of 29 points and 10 assists. Duncan Robinson added 20 points on a 6-of-9 effort from beyond the arc.
The Wizards have dropped two of their last three games, including a 132-101 setback against the New York Knicks on Tuesday night.
The element of surprise was gone early in this matchup, as Washington trailed by 16 after the opening stanza and by a 72-45 margin at the break. The Wizards produced 56 points in the second half, but it was not enough to prevent New York from coasting to a 31-point win.
Will Riley guided the offense with 17 points and six assists. Bob Carrington and AJ Johnson contributed 14 points each.
