After the teams battled to a 52-52 tie at the break, Houston pulled ahead by 14 points, thanks to a 34-20 scoring advantage in the third quarter. Detroit cut the deficit to four points (87-83), but did not get any closer the rest of the way.

Jalen Duren led a group of six players who reached double figures. He scored 18 points and collected seven rebounds. Isaiah Stewart led the second unit with 16 points on 7-for-9 shooting in 25 minutes of action.

Sacramento Hopes To Snap Four-Game Skid

Following a season-best four-game win streak, the Kings have dropped their last four contests. This includes a 123-118 loss to the Toronto Raptors.

The Kings were ahead by three points at the break before the Cavaliers pulled ahead 102-93 entering the fourth quarter. Donovan Mitchell's 3-pointer gave Cleveland a 118-114 advantage at the 2:29 mark.

Sacramento squandered multiple chances to draw closer, missing three consecutive 3-pointers in the final minute. Jaylon Tyson's floater with 25.6 seconds left iced the game for the Cavaliers.

Domantas Sabonis, who recently returned from a 25-game absence (knee injury), led the way with 24 points, 16 rebounds, and six assists. Dennis Schroder added 21 points, four rebounds, and four assists on 3-for-5 shooting from beyond the arc.
