After notching wins against the Jazz and Lakers, Denver has dropped its last two games, including a 129-126 defeat at the hands of the OKC Thunder.

The game was close throughout, so it was only fitting that this heavyweight bout came down to the final moments. After the Nuggets tied the game at 126, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander hit a crucial 3-pointer, giving OKC a 129-126 lead. Aaron Gordon's long-court heave fell short at the buzzer, securing the win for the defending champs.
Nikola Jokic powered the offense with a triple-double of 32 points, 14 rebounds, and 13 assists. Gordon scored 23 points and collected 10 rebounds.
Following an overtime setback against Golden State, the Rockets have won two of their last three games. Their most recent triumph was a 113-99 victory against the Toronto Raptors.
Houston led by a slim three-point margin through three quarters. But a 27-16 burst in the final frame enabled the Rockets to coast to a double-digit win.
Kevin Durant scored a team-high 29 points and grabbed eight rebounds. Jabari Smith and Amen Thompson finished with 23 points and four rebounds apiece.
