After a seven-point loss against the Nuggets, Los Angeles has reeled off four straight. Their latest triumph was a 142-130 victory over the Chicago Bulls.

The teams were tied at 26 after the opening 12 minutes. But the Lakers pulled ahead for good over the next two quarters, outscoring Chicago 82-72 en route to a double-digit win.
All five starters reached double figures for Los Angeles. Luka Doncic powered the offense with 51 points, 10 rebounds, and nine assists. He also shot an efficient 9-for-14 from downtown.
Denver seeks to extend its win streak to three games
Following back-to-back losses to New York and Oklahoma City, the Nuggets have won their last two games. This includes a 136-131 victory over the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday night.
Denver trailed by as many as 20 points and was down by 12 after three quarters. But a 42-25 surge over the final 12 minutes propelled the road team to an impressive victory.
Jamal Murray finished with a game-high 39 points and seven assists. Nikola Jokic posted a triple-double that consisted of 31 points, 20 rebounds, and 12 assists.
