The Jazz look to end their five-game slide

The Jazz were down by 25 points at the break. But they trimmed the deficit to 16 points after the third, and scored the first nine points in the final frame to pull within seven. However, New Orleans responded with an 8-0 surge, pushing the lead back to double digits, and was never threatened down the stretch.
Keyonte George led the way with 17 points and four assists. Elijah Harkless added 14 points and five assists off the bench for a Utah squad that shot 34 percent overall and 28 percent from deep.
Denver aims to avoid its fourth loss in five outings
Following a 19-point win over Boston, the Nuggets have dropped their last two games, including a 117-108 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Denver raced out to a nine-point lead after the first quarter, but the Timberwolves used a 36-19 edge in the second quarter to take a 58-50 advantage into the break.
The Nuggets got within 104-96 in the fourth quarter before Minnesota answered with another run that pushed the lead back to 13 (109-96). Denver did not get any closer than seven points the rest of the way.
Nikola Jokic guided the offense with 35 points, 13 rebounds, and nine assists. Jamal Murray finished with 25 points, five rebounds, and four assists, and Tim Hardaway Jr. added 17 points off the bench.
