After suffering a 115-102 loss to the Spurs, Charlotte has won five straight games, including a 114-103 victory against the New York Knicks.

The Hornets took a 10-point lead into the break before extending their advantage to 18 points through three quarters. New York's 27-20 advantage in the fourth closed the gap, but not enough to keep Charlotte from prevailing in this Eastern Conference showdown.
Kon Knueppel scored a team-high 26 points, collected 11 rebounds, and handed out eight assists. LaMelo Ball registered 22 points, six assists, and five rebounds.
Following a blowout 124-96 loss to Denver, the Sixers have won three of their last four games. This includes a 157-137 victory against the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night.
Philadelphia led by 19 points at intermission and extended its advantage to 38 points through three quarters. Chicago did come to life in the fourth. But even a 53-35 scoring edge wasn't enough to make the final outcome respectable by any means.
Joel Embiid was one of the six players who reached double figures. He finished with 35 points, six rebounds, and seven assists. Paul George contributed 28 points, six rebounds, and four assists in 26 minutes of action.
