After the team's nine-game win streak was snapped by a loss to the Pistons, Charlotte bounced back with a 110-107 victory over the Atlanta Hawks.

The Hornets led by nine points at the break and by as many as 19 points in the second half before Atlanta trimmed the deficit to one with 1:05 left in regulation. But following a Hawks' turnover, Kon Knueppel iced the game for the home team with a pair of free throws.
Brandon Miller scored a team-high 31 points and collected nine rebounds. LaMelo Ball added 24 points, six assists, and four rebounds.
On the other side, the Rockets saw their two-game win streak snapped by a 105-102 setback against the LA Clippers.
Houston led by six points entering the final frame, and the game was tied at 102 in the game's waning moments. Kawhi Leonard converted a three-point play, giving the Clippers a three-point advantage. In the final sequence, the Rockets' Tari Eason missed a shot as the clock expired, enabling LA to hold on for the win.
All five starters reached double figures for Houston. Kevin Durant was the leading scorer, finishing with 21 points, eight rebounds, and six assists. Jabari Smith Jr. and Alperen Sengun contributed 16 points each and combined for 21 rebounds.
