One of the games on Thursday's NBA slate features the Miami Heat hosting the Milwaukee Bucks. Who has the edge in our Heat vs Bucks pick?

After back-to-back losses against the Bucks and the Sixers, Miami has responded quite nicely, winning seven straight. This stretch includes a 150-129 victory against the Washington Wizards.

The Heat led by 11 points after the opening stanza and outscored Washington in each of the next three quarters en route to a 21-point win.
The biggest story of the night was Bam Adebayo. He scored a game-high 83 points and grabbed nine rebounds. He shot 20-for-43 from the field, 36-of-43 from the charity stripe, and 7-for-22 from downtown.
Adebayo's effort is the second-highest points total in league history, surpassing Kobe Bryant's 81-point outing against the Toronto Raptors back in 2006. He also set a record for most free throws made and attempted in an NBA game.
After a 14-point win against Utah, the Bucks have dropped their last two games. This includes a 129-114 loss to the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday night.
In a game that featured 16 ties and 12 lead changes, Milwaukee trailed by just three points through the first 36 minutes of action. However, the Suns took control of the game down the stretch with a 29-17 edge in the fourth quarter on their way to a 15-point victory.
All five starters reached double figures for the Bucks. Kyle Kuzma put up a game-high 33 points, converting six of his 10 attempts from distance. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Myles Turner added 22 points apiece.

The Heat have dropped the last six games in this series. However, Miami does have the league's top scoring offense (120.6 PPG) and boasts the fourth-best defensive rating (112.2 points allowed per 100 possessions). With that being said, the Heat get the win here.
