After an 11-point loss to the Hawks, Boston has reeled off five straight wins. This hot stretch includes a 98-96 victory against the Miami Heat.

The Celtics trailed by 21 points (59-38) at the break but bounced back in the second half. After rallying to tie the game going into the final frame, Derrick White knocked down a crucial 3-pointer with 1:31 remaining that provided the final margin of this contest.
Jaylen Brown put up a team-high 29 points and collected seven rebounds. The standout performer for the bench was Payton Pritchard. He finished with 24 points and shot 4-of-6 from beyond the arc.
The Knicks saw their eight-game win streak end in horrific fashion, as they were defeated 118-80 by the Detroit Pistons on Friday night.
New York trailed by 21 points after producing just 42 points in the first half. It only got worse from there as the road team managed 38 points after the break, while surrendering 55.
Mikal Bridges led the way with 19 points. Jalen Brunson tallied just 12 points on 4-for-20 shooting overall and a 0-for-8 effort from long range.
