The Bulls trailed by 28 points (72-44) at the break, and the deficit reached as many as 33 points in the second half. Chicago's 35-26 scoring edge in the final frame made the final margin somewhat respectable. But the outcome was never in doubt.
Rob Dillingham led the injury-riddled Bulls with 16 points and seven assists off the bench. Matas Buzelis and Collin Sexton contributed 15 points each, with both players shooting 6-of-13 from the field.
Toronto looks to regroup following a blowout loss to the Pistons
On the other side, the Raptors' two-game win streak was snapped courtesy of a 113-95 defeat at the hands of the Detroit Pistons.
Toronto fell behind 67-52 at intermission. And with the teams playing to a near stalemate in the second half, the Pistons coasted to a double-digit win.
Immanuel Quickley guided the offense with 18 points and five assists. Scottie Barnes registered 17 points, seven rebounds, and five assists.
Bulls vs Raptors NBA Pick
Here's a look at what you need to know for both teams ahead of this contest.
- The Bulls are 0-6 straight-up (SU) in their last six games.
- Chicago is 0-6 ATS in its previous six outings.
- The Raptors are 3-2 (SU) in their last five contests.
- Toronto is 4-1 ATS in its previous five road matchups.
Sure, the Bulls have won four of the previous five meetings in this series. However, Toronto is a top-10 defensive team while Chicago ranks in the bottom third. And given Chicago's injury woes, the Raptors win this one convincingly.
