Surging Thunder Eyeing 17th Win
After dropping a 121-119 decision against the Trail Blazers on Nov. 5, OKC has produced its second eight-game winning streak of the season. Their latest triumph includes a 144-112 victory over the Utah Jazz on Friday night.

OKC trailed 44-30 after the first quarter before trimming the deficit to one point at halftime. Utah pushed the lead back to seven points (84-77), but the Thunder closed the third quarter with a 33-4 run en route to their 16th win of the season.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led a balanced scoring attack in which eight players reached double figures. He finished with 31 points and eight assists on 9-for-14 shooting overall and a 10-of-12 effort from the charity stripe.
Portland Hopes To Build On Win Over The Warriors
The Trail Blazers recently ended a four-game skid with a 127-123 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Friday night.
Portland trailed by three points through the first three quarters. But a 33-26 scoring edge in the final frame enabled the road team to come away with a four-point win.
Donovan Clingan scored a team-high 27 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and handed out four assists. Deni Avdija, who is averaging a career-best 25.9 points per game this season, contributed 26 points, 13 assists, and six rebounds.
