After a 111-108 setback against the Pistons, Philadelphia has bounced back with two wins in its last three outings. This includes a 110-108 victory against the LA Clippers.
LA held a 10-point lead at the break and maintained that double-digit advantage into the final frame. However, the Sixers rallied to take a two-point lead in the waning moments.
On the game's final possession, Clippers guard, James Harden, missed on a pair of 3-point attempts, securing a come-from-behind victory for the home team.
Tyrese Maxey put up 39 points, along with six assists and three rebounds on 13-for-27 shooting from the field. Quentin Grimes led the second unit with 19 points, three assists, and two rebounds.
Following a double-digit loss to Philadelphia nearly two weeks ago, the Raptors have won four straight. Their latest triumph includes a 110-108 victory against the Charlotte Hornets.
In a game that was pretty tight throughout, it was only fitting that the outcome came down to the last few possessions. RJ Barrett gave the Raptors a 110-108 win with 18 seconds left to play.
And thanks to a couple of pivotal blocks from Brandon Ingram and Scottie Barnes, Toronto secured its ninth win of the season.
