The Nets trailed 63-62 at halftime. But a 36-23 surge in the third quarter enabled the road team to seize control of the contest the rest of the way.
Michael Porter Jr. led the starting five with 27 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists. Cam Thomas, who comes off the bench, put up a team-high 30 points, collected three rebounds, and handed out four assists.
Brooklyn improved to 7-3 in December and is allowing a league-best 103.1 points per outing during that stretch.
Golden State Looks To Regroup From Overtime Loss to Raptors
The Warriors' three-game win streak ended with a 141-127 loss to the Toronto Raptors.
Golden State held a seven-point advantage with 1:32 left in regulation. However, Toronto responded with a 9-2 surge, sending the game into an extra period.
And in the overtime session, the Warriors were outscored 19-5, enabling the Raptors to notch their third win of the season when trailing after three quarters.
Stephen Curry was one of five players who reached double figures. He finished with 39 points, four assists, and three rebounds.
Draymond Green added 21 points and Jimmy Butler contributed 16 points.
