Luka Doncic put up a team-high 31 points, along with 15 rebounds and 11 assists. LeBron James added 29 points on 12-for-17 shooting from the field. He also tallied seven rebounds and six assists.
San Antonio Aiming For Its Fourth Victory In Five Games
The Spurs have won three of their previous four games, including a 135-132 victory against the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday night.
The Spurs held a 77-57 advantage at the break and appeared to be in control. However, New Orleans scored 45 points in the third quarter, flipping a 20-point deficit into a two-point lead heading into the fourth quarter.
Rookie Dylan Harper's floater and a pair of free throws from De'Aaron Fox gave San Antonio a three-point lead. The Pels had a chance to send the game into overtime, but Saddiq Bey's 3-point attempts was off the mark as the final buzzer sounded.
Harrison Barnes was one of seven players who reached double figures, finishing with 24 points. Harper led the second unit with 22 points and six assists in 26 minutes of action.
