Bulls Seek Third Straight Preseason Win
Chicago improved to 2-0 in exhibition competition after posting a 119-112 victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday night.
The game was tied at 110 at the two-minute mark in the fourth quarter. But thanks to a 9-2 burst to close out the evening, Chicago got its second win against the Cavaliers in three days.
Ayo Dosunmu and Jevon Carter, who both came off the bench, were Chicago's leading scorers. Dosunmu led the way with 16 points and four rebounds. Carter added 14 points and knocked down five of his seven attempts from deep.
Milwaukee Is Also Aiming For A 3-0 Start In Preseason Play
The Bucks pulled away down the stretch for a 117-111 win against a Pistons squad that was missing several players, including Jalen Duren, Jaden Ivy, and Tobias Harris.
AJ Green powered Milwaukee's offense with 22 points, three rebounds, and three assists. He shot a perfect 5-for-5 from the field and 7-for-7 from the charity stripe. Bobby Portis added 11 points, and two blocks.
