Bucks Look To Get Back On Track Following Loss To Cleveland
The Bucks trailed by 18 points at the halfway point of the third quarter before rallying to tie the game at 98 midway through the fourth.
And after Cleveland responded with a 7-0 burst, Milwaukee got within two points (114-112) with four seconds left to play in regulation. But a pair of free throws from the Cavaliers' Evan Mobley helped secure a 118-113 victory for the home team.
Giannis Antetokounmpo was simply magnificent, finishing with 40 points, 14 rebounds, and nine assists on 70 percent shooting from the floor. He also had two blocked shots. AJ Green contributed 20 points on 6-for-9 shooting overall, including a 4-for-7 effort from 3-point range.
New York Aims To Rebound From Loss To Heat
The Knicks trailed 82-81 in the third quarter before Miami went on a 23-6 run to take an 18-point lead in the fourth quarter. New York rallied to get within five points (110-105) with 1:32 left to play. But a crucial 3-pointer from Andrew Wiggins enabled the Heat to hold on for a 115-107 victory.
Jalen Brunson and Mikal Bridges were the top performers for the Knicks. Brunson led the way with 37 points, seven assists, five rebounds, and three steals, connecting on five of his 11 attempts from deep. Bridges added 20 points, five rebounds, and four assists.
