Event Preview

The penultimate race of the In-Season Challenge is set for this weekend, as Dovor Motor Speedway hosts the Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 400. The field will cover a total of 400 miles during the race, with the final stage seeing the concluding 160 laps completed.

Hendrick Motorsports has been the dominant team in the race, which included a historic 1-2-3-4 finish when Alex Bowman landed success in 2021. Therefore, it is no surprise to see the team’s drivers dominate the betting this weekend. Kyle Larson looks to have strong claims after moving up to third in the Drivers’ Championship in recent weeks.

But, Bowman could also be a value play after enjoying a decent season to this point. He has achieved top ten finishes in three of the last five races.

Shane van Gisbergen has been the dominant driver in the NASCAR Cup Series in recent weeks, winning each of the last two races, and three of the last five.

William Byron enjoyed a welcome return to form last weekend after taking eighth, while Tyler Reddick could be the in-form driver after finishing 4-3-8 across the last three races.

Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 400 Picks

Based on the dominance enjoyed by Hendrick Motorsports, it feels safe to side with one of their drivers this weekend.

Chase Elliott could be the value play based on the odds after climbing to second in the Drivers’ Championship after taking four top five finishes in the last five races. That includes a victory in the Quaker State 400 and a fine third in last weekend’s Toyota/Save Mart 350.
