The last time around, we went 8-for-10 with our UFC betting picks, with a 100% success rate with our main card picks. We’re certain we can do something similar with our UFC Vegas 107 picks.

The betting odds are shaping up for a thrilling night of fights on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. With a high-stakes women’s flyweight main event and a co-main featuring top lightweight contenders, this card promises action from start to finish.

In fact, several bouts on the undercard could have significant implications for their respective divisions. All this makes the May 31 event a must for every passionate MMA bettor.

If you’re one of them, make sure to check out our top UFC Vegas 107 picks as we’ve got some very interesting bets for the final Fight Night of the month.

Erin Blanchfield vs. Maycee Barber: The Road to Championship Fight(s)

FIGHTERODDS
Erin Blanchfield-190
Maycee Barber+165

Erin Blanchfield (13-2) and Maycee Barber (14-2) are set to headline UFC Vegas 107 in a women’s flyweight clash that could prove crucial for their future.

Blanchfield, known for her relentless pace and grappling prowess, is coming off a unanimous decision victory over former strawweight champion Rose Namajunas.

Her only UFC loss came against Manon Fiorot, but she bounced back impressively and is looking to keep on doing the same. Blanchfield’s confidence is high, and she’s already thinking about title fights, but that kind of mindset can backfire easily.

The thing is that Blanchfield is locking horns with Barber, who’s riding a six-fight winning streak, including notable victories over Katlyn Cerminara and Amanda Ribas.

Despite a brief hiatus due to health issues, Barber remains a formidable striker with a well-rounded skill set. This bout marks her first main event, and she’s eager to prove she can handle a 5-round battle.

UFC Vegas 107 odds favor Blanchfield to win this, but we think Barber’s striking can make all the difference in the May 31 clash.

She boasts a 53% significant strike accuracy, and if she manages to hit her opponent early, she could hurt her badly. Sure, Blanchfield has never suffered a KO loss, but if there’s someone who can do it to her, it’s Barber.

Mateusz Gamrot vs. Ludovit Klein: Elite Wrestling vs. Elite TD Defense

FIGHTERODDS
Mateusz Gamrot-145
Ludovit Klein+125

In the co-main event, Mateusz Gamrot (24-3-1) faces Ludovit Klein (23-4-1) in a lightweight showdown. Gamrot, a former KSW champion, is renowned for his wrestling, averaging 5.25 takedowns per fight.

However, he’s fighting a guy who’s known for his striking and exceptional takedown defense, boasting a 95.2% defense rate, which is the highest among active lightweights.

Gamrot will aim to bring the fight to the ground, while Klein will look to keep it standing. Given both fighters’ durability and skill sets, this bout has the potential to go the distance.

UFC Vegas 107 odds favor Gamrot, and we have to agree that he’s more likely to win. We think he’s going to manage to land a couple of takedowns, as well as keep it on par with Klein striking-wise – that should be enough to win over the judges.

UFC Vegas 107 Picks for Remaining Fights

  • Ko Seok-hyun (+150) vs. Billy Ray Goff (-175) – Billy Ray Goff
  • Dustin Jacoby (-165) vs. Bruno Lopes (+145) – Dustin Jacoby
  • Zachary Reese (-274) vs. Duško Todorović (+234) – Zachary Reese
  • Ketlen Vieira (-125) vs. Macy Chiasson (+105) – Macy Chiasson
  • Jeremiah Wells (+124) vs. Andreas Gustafsson (-144) – Andreas Gustafsson
  • Ramiz Brahimaj (+355) vs. Oban Elliott (-455) – Oban Elliott
  • Rayanne dos Santos (-325) vs. Alice Ardelean (+275) – Rayanne dos Santos
  • Kurt Holobaugh (+140) vs. Jordan Leavitt (-160) – Kurt Holobaugh

In most of these bouts, we’re backing the favorites. Historically, favorites tend to prevail in UFC Fight Night events, and this card appears to follow that trend. There are, however, a couple of fights in which we’re backing the fighters with plus-money odds.

The first of those is the Vieira vs. Chiasson fight, in which we think the +105 underdog will win. It’s mainly because Macy Chiasson put on a fantastic performance in her most recent fight – a TKO win over Mayra Bueno Silva – that won her the Performance of the Night bonus. Meanwhile, in her most recent fight, Vieira got beaten up by Kayla Harrison.

The second of our UFC Vegas 107 underdog picks is Kurt Holobaugh, a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu who’s got 10 wins by submission (out of 21 wins). The reason this is important is that grappling is his opponent’s Achilles’ heel. In fact, two of Leavitt’s three career losses happened by submission.

Our UFC Vegas 107 picks for all other fights are favorites with minus-money odds. The safest bet of those seems to be Dustin Jacoby, who we think might win by a KO. A fight we’d stay away from is Brahimaj vs. Elliott. It’s not only because Elliott’s odds are very short, but also because we’re not 100% confident he’s going to win this.
