• Napheesa Collier ranked 1st overall in the WNBA MVP Odds in our June rankings.
  • Caitlin Clark followed closely behind, though injuries have since slowed her pace.
  • Defending MVP A’ja Wilson ranked 3rd back in June, but has started to cool off a bit.

We are more than halfway through the WNBA season, as the WNBA MVP odds continue to heat up. The race has tightened at the top, with multiple candidates emerging as a potential winner of the regular season’s biggest award. Collier remains at the top, while two new names have emerged on her heels.

Best MVP Odds – Napheesa Collier

Collier is running away in the WNBA MVP race, thanks mostly to her consistently excellent level of play. The decline of the other candidates previously in the top-3, Caitlin Clark and A’ja Wilson, has also aided Collier’s odds from -300 to -900. She is leading the 21-4 Lynx, averaging 23 ppg, 7.5 rpg, 3.5 apg, 1.5 spg, and 1.5 bpg.

2nd Best MVP Odds – Alyssa Thomas

Alyssa Thomas takes over for the injured Caitlin Clark in the 2nd best WNBA MVP odds. Thomas is playing at a whole new level after joining the Mercury this offseason. After 11 years in Connecticut, Thomas now leads the league in assists for Phoenix, averaging 9.5 per game. She’s elevated the level of the whole team.

Thomas for MVP (+750)

3rd Best MVP Odds – Breanna Stewart

Two-time MVP (2018, 2023) Breanna Stewart takes over A’ja Wilson’s spot with the third best WNBA MVP odds. Stewart has shown no signs of slowing down in her age-30 season, averaging 19.5 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 4 apg, 1.5 spg, and 1.5 bpg. If her 3pt-shooting (20.3% 2025, 34.9% career) gets back on track, her odds will climb.

Stewart for MVP (+3000)
