Event Preview

One of the most iconic venues in golf will host action on the PGA Tour this weekend, as the 2026 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am is staged. A stacked field will be involved, as they bid to win their share of the $20 million purse. Rory McIlroy comes into the event as the defending champion.

At the prices, the reigning Masters champion could be the value play. He showed his class to win the event 12 months ago, and McIlroy has already kick-started 2026 is a similar mood, finishing T3 at the Dubai Invitational.

For the second week running, Scottie Scheffler is a short-price favorite. The world number one finished T3 at the Phoenix Open last week, but his record at Pebble Beach is staggering. Overall, he has finished in the top ten on 18 straight starts, and has won on seven occasions across that period.

Si Woo Kim has started the season in excellent form, and the South Korean comes into this event with an excellent chance. He has finished in the top-25 on his last eleven starts, and he holds solid claims back at Pebble Beach after finishing in the top 15 on his last two starts.

Justin Rose has shown that age is just a number in recent seasons, finishing second at The Masters last year. Rose has continued to perform at high standards, and his record at Pebble Beach is excellent, winning the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am here in 2023, as well as the U.S. Open at the course in 2019.

For the second week running, we are keen to take on Scheffler based on the odds available. Viktor Hovland could be an interesting selection at the prices. The Norwegian has finished in the top 25 on two of his last four starts at the course, while he showed his best form last time out with a T10 at the Phoenix Open.
