The NFC West was the most interesting and the toughest division in the NFL until two, three years ago. Now, it seems very clear, with one standout team and several others who will battle to reach the playoffs if possible.

Before Betting on the 2023 NFC West Winners

The San Francisco 49ers won the title division last year, their 21st, which is the most of all the four teams. Los Angeles Rams are the next on the list, with 16.

Over the past three years, we’ve seen three teams winning the accolades, meaning that the competition in this assembly was fierce. That’s not the case anymore, and we will tell more about it in the next paragraph.

2023 NFC West Winners Offshore Betting Odds

The 49ers are the top contenders for the title. The bookies believe they are by far the best unit, so it’s no wonder seeing -160 on them defending the NFC West. Brock Purdy showed that he has enough knowledge to guide this team to the top, and also he has fantastic teammates, with the 49ers having former or current All-Pro players in every position on the offensive team.

Also, they have the best defender in the league, Nick Bosa.

Geno Smith and the Seahawks were the biggest surprises last year, with the team from Seattle entering the Super Bowl in their first year without the former MVP, Russell Wilson. Along with a few solid draft picks, and the already present core of the unit, plus Bobby Wanger, who is back, this team again has excellent chances of reaching the postseason.

The LA Rams suffered a nasty landing following the Super Bowl win in 2021, but they didn’t care too much. Injuries and the championship hangover did their thing, but now, it appears that the former champs are ready for another run at the title. However, their age is something that forces the bookies to have certain doubts.

Arizona Cardinals are last, with the franchise from Glendale having messed up chemistry in the team, all due to Kyler Murray, who believes he is bigger than the team. For the moment, they are the weakest team in the NFC West.
