The NFC East is the home of the last year’s Super Bowl participant, the Philadelphia Eagles, who are the top contenders for winning this division again. Though the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants have their ambitions as well, while the Washington Commanders are in the process of a rebuild.
Before Betting on 2023 NFC East Winners
Dallas Cowboys are the most successful team in the divisions, winning this assembly 24 times so far. The most recent winners are the Eagles, and the interesting fact about this division is that we haven’t seen a team defending the title since 2004, when the Eagles managed to end up atop it.
They are also a team that was the last Super Bowl winner from the NFC East.

The Eagles are logically the biggest favorites because their team stayed virtually intact compared to last year. All the vital positions have been extremely well covered, and of course, Jalen Hurts is now committed long term, which is another great boost before this campaign.
Unlike all the other teams here, it appears that the Eagles have much more room to grow, and this puts more pressure on the head coach, Nick Sirianni.
The Dallas Cowboys come next. We don’t know how they will look without Elliott, but one more thing worries us: their head coach, Mike McCarthy. For many (and for us as well), this guy is overrated, and his style of play is out of date. Ask Aaron Rodgers, for example.
On the other hand, the Giants are making improvements, and Brian Daboll pushed this team to another level. If they continue to develop at this rate (which isn’t so sure), we just might see the Giants making a huge noise in the playoffs. Danny Dimes just ended the best year of his career and wants to improve the next event.
The sorry Commanders are still looking for themselves, and unfortunately for their fans, they have slim chances of not only ending atop but having a positive record.
